Job Description

Scope of Work:

  • Sells product features, benefits, and competitive advantages in a customer-focused approach
  • Addresses customer’s enquiries efficiently and professionally in a friendly manner
  • Identifies and escalates through appropriate channels all maintenance issues which cannot be solved by facility personnel
  • Works with onsite team for the sales and revenue performance of the business

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in any field 
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in sales or customer service functions
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest and committed to accomplish tasks with ability to work quickly.
  • Numerically competent and conversant in Microsoft office applications.
  • An interest in working with people and the ability to cheerfully provide great service with a smile.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
  • Willing to travel within Singapore for work in different Facilities.
  • Working hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)  with working on Saturday (9:00 am to 1 pm) on an alternate week basis
  • Must have Singapore working experience
