Scope of Work:
- Sells product features, benefits, and competitive advantages in a customer-focused approach
- Addresses customer’s enquiries efficiently and professionally in a friendly manner
- Identifies and escalates through appropriate channels all maintenance issues which cannot be solved by facility personnel
- Works with onsite team for the sales and revenue performance of the business
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in sales or customer service functions
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest and committed to accomplish tasks with ability to work quickly.
- Numerically competent and conversant in Microsoft office applications.
- An interest in working with people and the ability to cheerfully provide great service with a smile.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
- Willing to travel within Singapore for work in different Facilities.
- Working hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday) with working on Saturday (9:00 am to 1 pm) on an alternate week basis
- Must have Singapore working experience
