Job Description
Scope of Work:
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
- Carry out construction works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and Authority’s requirements.
- Co-ordinate with the Structural, Architectural, and other M&E contractor, consultant and client’s representatives to resolve project related problems and issues.
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
- Prepare Inspection form for material inspection and also site progress installation inspection.
- Prepare paper work submission such as Catalogue, Shop-drawing and MSRA & SWP.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction.
- Ability to work independently and target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact effectively with project teams and managers at all levels.
- Will be based at project site office
Remarks:
- Work Permit
- 5.5-days work week (Mon to Fri: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Sat: 8:00am to 12:00pm)
