Job Description
Scope of Work:
- Space planning, conceptualizing and designing layouts for every project based on clients’ requirements.
- Creating 2D / 3D perspectives in order to help clients visualize and present to them the design concepts.
- Preparing related technical drawings for clients’ / authority submissions.
- Communicating with clients, vendors and team to compile necessary information to perform drawings / layout in order to address clients’ needs. (This may include preparing power point presentations of relevant mood boards, sample boards, mood images and hand sketches to present to the clients).
- Conducting research and sourcing for materials / products suitable to meet the design requirements of the projects.
- Meeting with clients in order to understand the clients’ objectives and design preferences.
- Liaising with sub-contractors/ project architects/ engineers/ clients when necessary.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min SPM certification or Diploma in Interior Design.
- Experienced in using relevant design software like AutoCAD, Kujiale, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3ds Max and V-ray rendering.
- Have the creativity to design interior layouts for residential and commercial projects.
- Able to fulfil work requirements within tight timelines.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good team player. Possess problem solving skills, attention to details and self starters.
- Highly motivated, mature and self-driven to excel.
Remarks:
- Work Permit
- 16 days AL, 14 days MC, Year-end bonus depends on performance
- Working hours may include weekends and after office hours
