Scope of Work:
- Experienced in Interior Fit-Out / A&A works.
- Responsible for all site coordination & supervision work, to monitor and report project progress daily.
Requirements:
- Good command of English and able to correspond fluently thru email for liaising with clients, contractors & vendors.
- Possess Construction Safety Course for Supervisor Certificate.
- Cost conscious in managing all site activities to prevent wastages.
- Good knowledge of carpentry detailing.
- Min 2-3 years related working experience.
Remarks:
- SG/PR/ Work Permit
- 5.5 Days (Monday to Saturday), 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am-1pm (Sat)
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
