Job Description

Scope of Work:

• Assist the project manager in all site activities.
• Resolve site problems and ensure the undertaken projects are completed within the contractual period.
• Coordinate with clients by attending regular meetings.
• Monitor and oversee work execution by own construction team, sub-contractor, supplier and vendor.
• Ensure all work is completed following the Project Quality Plan.
• Liaise with clients, owner, building management, consultant, design firm, main contractor, sub-contractor, suppliers, vendor and others where necessary.
• Conduct site meeting with project team and sub-contractors and monitor site progress.
• Provide guidance to engineers in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.
• Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with drawings.
• Gather, check site date, recording and monitoring of site work progress/productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good command of English and able to correspond fluently with clients, owner, building management, consultant, design firm, main contractor, sub-contractor, suppliers, vendor and others where necessary.
