Job Description

Scope of Work:

• Perform installation of air conditioning system and equipment.
• Troubleshoot air conditioning equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on air conditioning equipment.
• Handle electrical, basic plumbing and general works.
• Attend to service requests from end users on site.
• Advise end users with cost of repair works.
• Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of assignment, parts utilized, time expended, and type of work performed.
• Ensure that tools and technical equipment are in good working condition at all time.
• Attend to E-Call
• Adhere to safety measures according to company’s policy and practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
• Basic air conditioning installation and repair knowledge
• A team player who is able to work in a physically demanding environment
• Able to communicate with customers
• Able to write in English (simple)
• Positive attitude & willing to learn
